Notice anything different?

Ah ho! A new blog design homies. That's what's up. 

Fran has done it again! She took everything I told her (which really was just a color palatte and the words "simple" and "clean") and made a beautiful space. She did my last design too and both totally represent different sides of me. This design mirrors some things I'm working on in my life: Organization, simplicity and just a little more grown up. Art imitates life, no? 

As for the last part of my trip, we have 2 and half days left here. They'll be full of friends, food and love. My parents house is beautiful so it will be hard to leave to go back to our house that isn't nearly as warm or inviting. I have it in my mind to do some cosmetic changes to our house in the near future but we'll see. Things like that take time (and a lot of money) but who knows? Maybe a new coat of paint and a diy backsplash is in my future :P

One last thing: last night we went to the Anchorage Zoo lights display and it was so much fun. This is my best friend Conner! He was part of my side of our wedding party and being able to see him after not for a long time has been pretty great. 

I also knitted that headband. Cause I'm crafty and shit.

Sometimes.
